We have a dedicated tint bay seperate from our normal shop. This helps to keep the dust and dirt particles out of your window film for a clean job every time.

Window tint is created when tinting film is bonded to a piece of glass. Tinting film is normally made out of clear polyester film with a very thin layer of tinting agents (such as dye or metals) deposited onto the film. Quite often, several thin layers are bonded together in order to crate the final product. Better films also have a protective coating to help prevent scratches to the film side within the car. One side is always coated with an adhesive and that allows the film to be bonded onto the inside of the glass, never on the outside.

It means that when you get your vehicle tinted you will have the assurance that your film will last you for the life of your vehicle. This guarantee covers the film from fading to purple, bubbling, cracking, and peeling.

In addition to the asthetics gained from adding window film to your car, there are health and financhial benefits to having your vehicle tinted. The first and foremost benefit is your health. Quality window films block up to 99% of the suns harmful UV rays which protects your skin while your in your vehicle. The film also protects your cars interior which can prevent costly repairs to dash trim and leather.

Georgia Tint Laws

The Georgia law claims that the Visible Light Tranmission(VLT) for a car should be no less than 32%. This is the same for the front windows of a van, truck, or SUV. The rear windows on these vehilces are not subject to a limit on the VLT level.

Q: Will good film protect me from the sun?
A: Our film blocks 99 percent of the sun’s harmful UV rays.

Q: Can I roll my windows down once window film has been applied?
A: You must wait 48 hours before rolling the windows down.

Q: How should I clean the inside of the windows?
A: You should clean your film with dishwashing soap and water.  Non-ammonia cleaning products can be bought at most retail stores.

Q: What is the curing process?
A: Curing is the time it takes for the water and adhesive to interact with each other and create a complete adhesion with the window glass.  Please allow 48 hours to pass before rolling down the windows.

Q: How long is the curing process?
A: It can take between 7 to 28 days for a complete cure. Depending on weather and temperature condition.

Q: Can the window tint be scratched?
A: There is a scratch-resistant coating on the film.  However, the film can be scratched or punctured with keys, watches, rings, safety belt buckles and other items.  Scratches caused by user neglect are not covered by warranty.  Take care when unbuckling your seat belt.
